Online MEET UP on non-gaming use of Unreal Engine, new products in the game and film development industry
The topic of using the Unreal Engine in virtual production is now extremely popular. Together with representatives of Epic Games, we held an online meeting on the Keep Calm Do Games Youtube channel
The speakers we invited spoke with the most relevant topics and answered questions about virtual production in Russia, about the areas of application of the Unreal Engine, and we demonstrated the results of our work in the direction of virtual production for filming and live broadcasts.
And of course, the viewers were in for surprises, a live performance of the Gryaz and PLANEMO bands and a dance show from the charming cover dance band BOOMBERRY
To implement the technical component, our team has successfully applied three types of tracking for different tasks: MO - SYS for tracking cameras in real time and ANTILATENCY for integrating AR objects over a virtual scene with windows to connect remote speakers from Russia and London, HTC VIVE for stabilization of the process and as a backup backup system
⠀We would like to thank all speakers, ambassadors and teams for their participation!
